RESTRICTIONS UNDER S48 OF AUSTRALIAN IMMIGRATION ACT

Says that a non-citizen in Australia does not hold a substantive visa. The substantive visa includes all visas other than the bridging visa, criminal justice visa snellfirm and an enforcement visa.
